Execute FarmDyn

`runFarmDynfromBatch()` makes it possible to run FarmDyn from R using the batch file

runFarmDynfromBatch(FarmDynDir, IniFile, XMLFile, BATCHFilePath)

Arguments

FarmDynDir

Directory where FarmDyn is located

IniFile

Name of the IniFile

XMLFile

Name of the XML file

BATCHDir

Directory where the .batch file is located

BATCHFile

Name of the .batch file.

Value

Executes FarmDyn from R
